Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Camarillo / Thousand Oaks / Westlake Village. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and neurological caseload while delivering evidence‑based care focused on functional outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
- Focus on ADLs, fine motor skills, upper‑extremity rehabilitation, and functional mobility
- Provide hands‑on therapeutic and functional treatments using evidence‑based techniques
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional strategies
- Complete evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and clinic staff
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy license (or license‑eligible)
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient, patient‑focused care
- Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
