Clean and spacious facility with private rooms. The whole team from the front office to the therapists are professional and very welcoming. Sage did my initial evaluation for my knee issues following surgery and was very thorough. Sarah and Wes, the two therapists I work with most are easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable and invested in helping me get better. I contacted and interviewed 2 to 3 Physical Therapy businesses in the Westlake/Thousand Oaks area. I chose Reform Physical Therapy because they stated that the Physical Therapist worked one-on-one, they were familiar with working with women managing osteoporosis and they were appropriately informative on my phone call. The front office staff were kind and helpful. The Physical Therapist assigned to me, is knowledgeable, listens well, and all the exercises make complete sense to me. Staff are very professional and friendly. The facility is very nice and well equipped. Auzar is Amazing! She is very well trained and educated. She has passion for helping people.
