The whole team from the front office to the therapists are professional and very welcoming. Sage did my initial evaluation for my knee issues following surgery and was very thorough. Sarah and Wes, the two therapists I work with most are easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable and invested in helping me get better. All in all a very caring, supportive and encouraging environment. I’m very glad I found this place, can’t recommend them highly enough. A++.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted and interviewed 2 to 3 Physical Therapy businesses in the Westlake/Thousand Oaks area. I chose Reform Physical Therapy because they stated that the Physical Therapist worked one-on-one, they were familiar with working with women managing osteoporosis and they were appropriately informative on my phone call. The front office staff were kind and helpful. The Physical Therapist assigned to me, is knowledgeable, listens well, and all the exercises make complete sense to me. He is also attentive to keeping me safe from falling during the process. I highly recommend Reform Physical Therapy.

She is very well trained and educated. She has passion for helping people. Auzar quickly pin points the problem areas and put together a focused and custom treatment plan.
