Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Camarillo / Thousand Oaks / Westlake Village. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and neurological caseload while delivering evidence‑based care focused on functional outcomes and quality of life. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care 
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions 
• Focus on ADLs, fine motor skills, upper‑extremity rehabilitation, and functional mobility 
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic and functional treatments using evidence‑based techniques 
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional strategies 
• Complete evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and timely 
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and clinic staff 
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations 

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license (or license‑eligible) 
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Passion for outpatient, patient‑focused care 
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
